Get your students’ imagination flowing and send them on an exciting overseas adventure. Students read NZ School Journal stories and articles that feature locations from around the world. They choose task cards to complete, earning passport stamps and money for tourist activities.

This NZ School Journal Task Cards resource provides a fantastic entry point for reading overseas-based School Journal articles and stories. We’ve selected 56 texts from a mix of Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 School Journals (2012-2022). 36 task cards are provided for students to select from. These activities will work across many of the texts, giving you and your students flexibility.

A full print and digital set are included. We recommend using the digital set with Google Slides or Microsoft One Drive.
