This pack includes writing activities for the genre of:

Each writing activity set includes:
  • A creative and engaging writing prompt (a memory, physical experience, video or idea generation activity)
  • Ideas for oral language discussion
  • A writing model (mentor text) to unpack language features and text structures
  • A writing planner specific to the text type complete with additional learning scaffolds
  • Writing frames
  • In-depth teaching notes.
A full set for Year 4 and Year 5-8 is included for each set.
