Purpose:

Use these slides as warm-ups or to revisit previously taught material. Each slide focuses on specific skills and strategies, allowing you to adapt the pace – cover multiple skills in one day or spend several days on a single concept.

These are designed as review tools – so if you are teaching a Year 1 class, we recommend starting the year with the ‘During the first six months’ slides, to review previously taught content, before using the ‘During the first year’ slides later in the year.
We have designed our daily maths review slides:

For short (10-15 minutes) regular sessions – we provide nine weeks of three short and sharp sessions a week. We recommend using these at the beginning of your maths block.
