Three Bears – School Journal Level 2 May 2015

Lochie is a young boy caught between two worlds as his separated parents take turns attending his different school and sporting events. When his teacher selects his group’s humorous rewrite of Goldilocks and the Three Bears to be performed at a special assembly, Lochie is cast in the lead role of the Little Bear. The story explores his growing internal conflict as he prepares for the big performance while wishing his family could, for once, be in the same place at the same time to cheer him on.
